We add dates to the website calendar as soon as deposits are received. If you have contacted us, we will tentatively hold that date up to a month until we receive a deposit for the date discussed. After that time, we will release that date to be booked with another client if no deposit has been received. Submission of contract does not guarantee acceptance of the job. Our package time begins when we arrive and ends at the end of the package time.
If the wedding and reception are at two different places, then travel time will be included as part of the package. We're still on the clock. Upgrading the package after the initial contract will result in an extra $100 charge as well as the upgrade fee.
